Tour Overview

The tour takes you to Kibale National Park home to the largest number and variety of primates in the whole of East Africa and is crowned by a nature walk in the Bigodi Swamp (OPTIONAL) to watch rare species of birds, then to the medley of wonders in Queen Elizabeth National Park and finally to kalinzu forest conservation area.

Day 1: Travel to Kibale national park

You will be briefed by our team member on how the tour shall be. With packed breakfast, you will check out of the hotel and drive straight to Kibale National Park.  the early morning hours. On arrival at the park entrance gate headquarters, you will be briefed on how to do chimp tracking. This activity will expose you to variety of primates in the wild.

Later after the activity, you will drive to Queen Elizabeth with enroute lunch. On arrival, engage in an evening boat cruise where you may be able to view variety of wildlife such as Lions, hippopotamus, Elephants, Topis, Leopards, Bush bucks, Cape Buffaloes, Defassa Waterbucks, Giant Forest Hogs, and Uganda Kobs, among others. After the boat cruise, drive through the game park to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Kalinzu forest & Transfer to Kampala.
After the morning breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to kalinzu forest for an extra chimpanzee trekking experience. This will take approximately 3 hours.  With enroute lunch, embark on your journey to Kampala. A Stop over at the Equator in Kayabwe shall be rewarding (optional). You will be dropped at your destination point convenient for your flight
